Cancellation and Return
We carry the best quality products in the market. Our cancellation and returns of items are low compare to other websites. If you received a damage or defective product please let us know, we are happy to assist with return or cancellation.
Cancellation is only allowed within in 6hrs after placing order or until you receive a email from us stating " Preparation in Process".
We stand behind all of our products here at Kiddie Corner.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product directly from us, you may return it for a full refund or exchange of product within 21 days of receipt of purchase.
- All returns must be unused, in the original packaging, from a smoke-free environment and have all applicable tags still attached.
- Also, we cannot accept any personalized products for refund or exchange. This includes all products that are engraved and monogrammed.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please note, if the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, any refund will be credited back to that account. This includes gift purchases.
